Bring great bread to the places people love to eat. In this on-the-road role, you’ll build relationships with restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, and food service providers—helping customers serve fresh, high-quality bread products while growing a strong, reliable territory.
Overview
Cusanos Baking Company is hiring a Field Sales Representative to support and grow business across the Jacksonville area. You’ll spend most of your time in the field visiting current and prospective customers, following up consistently, and working closely with the sales team to hit performance goals.
Market Area: The Villages to Gainesville / Tampa / Jacksonville (three different markets available)
Work Location: On the road (travel expected)
What You’ll Do
- Visit existing customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and strengthen relationships
- Prospect for new business and expand current accounts to drive sales growth
- Educate customers on fresh, high-quality bread products and how they can enhance menus
- Manage your territory, schedule, and follow-ups to maintain consistent service
- Partner with the broader sales team to meet goals and support company objectives
- Generate reports related to your customer activity and territory performance
Must-Have Qualifications
- Sales experience
- Computer experience, including Outlook, Word, and basic Excel
- Ability to travel to visit existing and prospective customers (role is on the road 95% of the time)
Nice-to-Have
- Sales experience in foodservice, bakery, or bread sales
- Strong understanding of the food industry and distribution channels
- Bilingual (preferred): English/Spanish
Pay & Benefits
