Production Helper

Production Helper- Bolingbrook, IL 

Midway Staffing is seeking reliable and motivated Production Helpers to assist machine operators with daily production activities. This position supports efficient production by preparing materials, supplying machines, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Location: Bolingbrook, IL 

Shifts:

• Sunday-Thursday 7PM-7AM (First Week Training 7AM-7PM Required) 

Pay Rate: $19/hour

Duties

• Assist machine operators with equipment setup and daily production tasks.

• Load materials and supplies into machines and move products as needed.

• Inspect, package, label, and organize finished products.

• Monitor product quality and report defects or equipment issues.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following company procedures.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
