Electrical Assembler
Location: West Chester, PA
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Description

Midway Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated Electrical Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in West Chester, PA. This position is based in a production and manufacturing environment and requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work safely around machinery and equipment. Seeking basic electrical assembly and wiring experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Follow direction from managers and team leads.

  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.

  • Wire electrical components according to specifications.

  • Use hand and power tools for wiring and assembly.

  • Inspect completed wiring for accuracy and quality.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.

  • Wear proper work attire and PPE.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and drawings.

  • Experience wiring electrical boxes or control panels preferred.

  • Familiarity with hand and power tools.

  • Strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent OR relevant experience.

  • Satisfactory completion of additional background screening (if applicable).

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Preferred certifications (OSHA 10, CPR).

Work Environment

  • Manufacturing and production floor environment.

  • Standing for long periods throughout the shift.

  • Use of hand and power tools.

  • Overtime may be required based on production needs.

  • PPE and safety procedures must be followed at all times.
