Equipment Operator

Midway Staffing is currently seeking experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators to join a fast-paced distribution team in Sayreville, NJ. This position is ideal for candidates with experience operating Raymond Reach Trucks and other warehouse equipment who are looking for a long-term opportunity with competitive pay and overtime potential.

Location: Sayreville, NJ

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Shifts may extend up to 12 hours based on business needs.
• Mandatory six-day work week during the first week of each month.
• Overtime may be required.

Training:

• One week on 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Duties:

• Operate Raymond Reach Trucks, counterbalance forklifts, cherry pickers, and double blade pallet jacks.
• Perform put-away, replenishment, picking, loading, and unloading of materials.
• Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory and complete warehouse transactions.
• Move and organize inventory while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Raymond Reach Truck experience.
• At least 1 year of RF scanner experience.
• Experience with put-away, replenishment, and picking operations.
• Experience operating I-Warehouse machines, counterbalance forklifts, cherry pickers, and double blade pallet jacks.
• General warehouse experience required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to wear a headset for English computer-generated picking instructions.
• Steel toe boots are required.
• Must be able to work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
• Ability to work overtime and adapt to schedule changes based on business needs.
