Equipment Operator – 1st Shift

Midway Staffing is hiring experienced Equipment Operators for a growing warehouse in Sayreville, NJ. If you have experience operating Raymond Reach Trucks and enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this is a great opportunity to join a team with consistent hours and overtime potential.

Location: Sayreville, NJ
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Shifts may extend up to 12 hours based on business needs. Mandatory six-day work week during the first week of each month. Overtime may be required.
Pay Rate: Up to $19.00 per hour

Duties:

• Operate Raymond Reach Trucks, counterbalance forklifts, cherry pickers, and double blade pallet jacks.
• Perform put-away, replenishment, order picking, and material movement throughout the warehouse.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately process inventory.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures while maintaining productivity and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Raymond Reach Truck experience and 1 year of RF scanner experience.
• Experience operating I-Warehouse machines, counterbalance forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks.
• Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Steel toe boots, reliable transportation, and a complete resume with all employment history (including explanations for any employment gaps) are required.
