Equipment Operator – 2nd Shift

Midway Staffing is hiring experienced Equipment Operators for a warehouse opportunity in Sayreville, NJ. If you have experience operating Raymond Reach Trucks and other warehouse equipment, this is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced team with competitive pay and overtime opportunities.

Location: Sayreville, NJ
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 3:30 PM – Finish
Shifts may extend up to 12 hours based on business needs. Mandatory six-day work week during the first week of each month. Overtime may be required.
Pay Rate: Up to $20.00 per hour

Duties:

• Operate Raymond Reach Trucks, counterbalance forklifts, cherry pickers, and double blade pallet jacks.
• Perform put-away, replenishment, order picking, and inventory movement.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately track inventory and process orders.
• Follow all safety procedures while maintaining productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Raymond Reach Truck experience and 1 year of RF scanner experience.
• Experience with I-Warehouse machines, counterbalance forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
• Reliable transportation, steel toe boots, and a complete resume with all employment history (including explanations for any employment gaps) are required.
