Facilities Technician

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain production machinery and facility equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on:
  • Electrical motors and breaker panels
  • HVAC systems
  • Pneumatic equipment
  • Conveyor systems
  • Metal detectors
  • Inkjet printers
  • Production machinery
• Complete general building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor facility repairs.
• Respond to maintenance work orders through the eMaint system.
• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Quality, and Fulfillment teams to minimize downtime.
• Follow all Food Safety, GMP, and company safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance shop.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Trade school, vocational training, or certifications in Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, or Industrial Maintenance preferred.
• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food production environment was strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and equipment diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
