CNC Laser Operator – 2nd Shift (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Kenosha, WI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
Pay Rate: $20.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced CNC Laser Operators to join our team in Kenosha, WI. Candidates must have previous experience working in a metal manufacturing environment, be comfortable lifting heavy materials throughout their shift, and have experience operating CNC laser equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC laser machines and turret equipment.
• Load, unload, and move metal materials throughout the production process.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and production specifications.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain tool inventory and ensure efficient material flow.
• Complete material tickets and required production documentation.
• Monitor machine performance and report equipment or programming issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and proper material-handling practices.
• Work efficiently with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC laser operating experience is required.
• Prior experience working in a metal manufacturing or fabrication environment is required.
• Comfortable lifting and handling heavy materials throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and follow work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Hours: 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
• Days: Monday–Friday
