Tester

We are hiring a Tester in McKinney, TX. We are looking for candidates with experience in electronic testing, inspection, and reading blueprints or schematics. Candidates should have strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity.

Location: McKinney, TX 75069

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM start time, 8-hour shift

Pay Rate: $20–$23 per hour, depending on experience

Duties

• Set up and calibrate test equipment according to written procedures.

• Test electronic components and compare results with specifications.

• Record test data and document results accurately.

• Follow testing procedures, blueprints, and technical drawings.

• Use testing equipment, including inductance analyzers and hi-pot meters.

• Measure components using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other tools.

• Inspect electronic components under magnification.

• Test electronic components in small and large production runs.

• Assist with incoming inspections to ensure materials meet quality standards.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in electronic testing, inspection, or quality control preferred.

• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.

• Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity.

• Ability to use precision measuring tools and testing equipment.

• Experience with microscopes, soldering, or equipment calibration is a plus.
