Production Expeditor - 2nd Shift

The Production Expeditor is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the flow of materials, parts, and information throughout the production process to ensure timely completion of orders. This role works closely with production, warehouse, and purchasing teams to prevent delays and maintain efficient operations.

Location: Kenosha, WI
Schedule: Monday - Thursday| 1:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Pay Rate: $22/hour

Duties:

• Track and prioritize production orders to ensure on-time completion
• Coordinate the movement of materials between departments
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or delays
• Work closely with production supervisors to adjust schedules as needed
• Expedite materials, components, or information to avoid production interruptions
• Maintain accurate production records and update tracking systems
• Communicate order status and potential delays to management and relevant teams
• Assist in resolving production issues and bottlenecks
• Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or logistics
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Basic computer skills (ERP systems experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):

• Experience with inventory management systems
• Knowledge of production scheduling and workflow processes
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment & PPE:

• May require standing, lifting, bending, and working in varying temperatures
• Manufacturing or warehouse setting
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or on-call as needed
