Material Handler/Picker - 2nd Shift
The Material Handler / Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, moving, and staging materials or products within a warehouse or distribution environment. This role ensures timely order fulfillment, maintains inventory accuracy, and supports overall warehouse operations.

Location: Kenosha, WI
Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 1:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

Duties:

• Pick and pack orders accurately based on pick lists, RF scanners, or work orders
• Move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and shipping zones
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks (if certified)
• Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy
• Label, wrap, and stage products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors

Requirements:

• 1+ year of warehouse, material handling, or picking experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow instructions, pick lists, and labels
• Basic computer or RF scanner experience is a plus
• Ability to lift 25–50+ lbs and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):

• Forklift certification or experience
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Work Environment & PPE:

• May require standing, lifting, bending, and working in varying temperatures
• Manufacturing or warehouse setting
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or on-call as needed
