Robotic Welder - 1st Shift

The Robotic Welder is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality welded components in a manufacturing environment. This role ensures production goals are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Location: Kenosha, WI
Schedule: Monday - Friday| 5:00 AM-  1:30 PM
Pay Rate: $22.50/hour

Duties:

• Set up and operate robotic welding machines (e.g., MIG/TIG robotic systems)
• Load and unload materials and parts into welding fixtures
• Monitor robotic weld cycles and make minor adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and defects
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on robotic equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding symbols
• Ensure proper alignment and positioning of parts prior to welding
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience with robotic welding or automated manufacturing preferred
• Basic knowledge of welding processes (MIG/TIG)
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, gauges)
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment

Work Environment & PPE:

• Manufacturing/industrial setting
• Exposure to heat, noise, and welding fumes (PPE required)
• May require overtime and/or shift flexibility
