1st shift Cold Pro Assembly

The Cold Pro Assembly associate is responsible for assembling power washers and vacuum units, including working with machine pumps, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures products are built accurately, safely, and meet quality standards.

Location: Kenosha, WI 
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 5:30 AM– 4:00 PM
 Pay Rate: $13/hour

**Job Duties & Responsibilities:**

- Assemble power washers and vacuum units, including installing and connecting machine pumps

- Work with pump systems, hoses, fittings, and related components

- Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks

- Follow work instructions and assembly guidelines

- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met

- Perform basic testing of pumps and units

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Report any defects or issues to supervisors

- Meet daily production goals

 

**Requirements:**

- Basic mechanical or assembly experience preferred

- Experience working with pumps or machinery is a plus

- Ability to use hand and power tools

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work in a team environment
