2nd Shift Maintenance

We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined individual to join our hose manufacturing team as a 2nd Shift Maintenance Mechanic. This position is responsible for assisting with machine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and supporting production operations to ensure machines are running efficiently.

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI

Schedule & Pay

Training Schedule (First 2 Weeks):

Monday – Thursday | 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Regular Schedule:

Monday – Thursday | 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM

Pay Rate:

$15/hr + $1 attendance incentive

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on hose manufacturing machines
• Assist machine operators with equipment adjustments and troubleshooting
• Change and adjust meters, spoon rollers, and related machine components
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and make necessary adjustments
• Document completed work accurately
• Leave detailed notes for the next shift regarding materials or equipment that could not be repaired
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow company safety procedures and work instructions

Requirements

• Must have own toolbox
• Reliable transportation required
• Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attendance and punctuality required
